Asaba Waterfront City Development and Management Company Limited is a company incorporated under the Laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria with RC No. 1912929 and having its registered office at No. 131, Okpanam Road, Asaba, Delta State, Nigeria.
The company is to develop an Upscale/Upmarket real estate where you can live, work and play. with the following features: Upmarket Waterfront and Residential plots of land, a Central Business District with oversized commercial plots of land, Recreational Facilities, World class infrastructure such as multi-lane paved road network, sidewalks with curbs and storm drains, Public parks, gardens, and green areas. Riverside Promenade and Boardwalk, Street lighting, reticulated potable water supply and 5G Communications network, 24/7 Security with Security Gatehouses, Waste disposal, and property maintenance. A boat marina, private Jetties, Heliport, Underground drainage, 24/7 power, central wastewater and sewage systems.

Asaba waterfront City Development and Management Company Limited (AWCDMCL)
A development and management company has been incorporated to handle all aspects of the Asaba Waterfront City project. It will supervise and manage land reclamation, the construction of infrastructure, marketing, the sale of land, handle financing of the project, manage the day to day operations of the City after it has been completed and collect fees and charges on behalf of itself and Delta State Government.

Asaba Waterfront City Development and Management Company Limited is an SPV, incorporated under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria for the Public Private Partnership (PPP) between Delta State Government, Asaba Community, and Private Sector Investors.
